The Society is registered under the Data Protection Act and information regarding your membership will be stored on computer. Any individual may have access to his or her information so stored on application to the General Secretary (subject to an access fee).
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All payments to the Society should be made by sterling cheque, money order or by Paypal.
It is regretted that the disproportionate exchange rates for small amounts of other currencies make it impractical to accept payments in those currencies.

Australia and New Zealand
Most banks will provide sterling cheques. Some of the larger genealogical societies hold U.K. bank accounts and are willing to provide sterling cheques for their members. Sterling money orders are acceptable.Canada
Sterling cheques can be obtained through ACCU-RATE FOREIGN EXCHANGE offices in Ottawa. There is a $2 charge for cheques under $100.United States of America
